Job Description
Purpose of the position:
- Support OTC products and related tech transfer activities.
- Work with cross functional groups for validation of products/processes at in-house or TPM locations.
General Responsibilities:
- Support regional OTC franchise in qualifying India based APIs, RMs and related vendors, technical audits etc.
- Support NPD pipe line and growth plans for India OTC business.
- Support ongoing activities at TPM locations for existing products.
- On time design /develop validation Master Plan for all work streams for in-house and external manufacturing locations.
- Manage validation projects including new products, new processes and any other product/process related change arising due to GP/BCP improvements projects.
- Provide strong technical support for projects including new products, new processes and any other product/process related change arising due to GP/BCP improvements projects.
- Technically lead cross-functional team for problem solving and providing recommendation for complex issues.
- Support in managing SMP/TT lab, ensure full compliance with QA and Safety requirement.
- Accurately design & complete standard documents including specifications and test/qualification protocol, report…etc.

Qualification:
- Technical Qualification: Master’s degree in pharmacy / Science/ Technology.
Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Skills:
- Good analytical & problem solving skills.
- Hands on experience on cosmetic formulations & process.
- Good integration with cross functional teams.
- Good communication skills.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to: Manager – SMPTT.
- Direct Report: None.
