Job Description
• Design and Evaluate formulation and Manufacturing aspects of differentiated generics.
• Develop new formulations and scale – up procedures of solid dosage/ liquid dosage forms and various innovative novel technological forms at the lab and pilot scale levels of drug development.
• Write protocols and manufacturing cards for feasibility, lab scale and pilot scale trials and development reports.Present interpreted results and updates to Business Development, client services and operations.
• Autonomously progress formulation Development projects.
• Manage resources in the formulation Development work group to achieve project and Team objectives.Coach people in their work group e.g in pre-formulation studies, drug Development process etc.Participate in the relevant meetings and teleconferences for smooth progress of the projects.Management of Projects to meet agreed timelines

Candidate Profile
M.Pharm with Specialization in Pharmaceutics / Industrial Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Technology
3 to 5 years’ experience in Formulation Development of oral dosage forms Developing products for regulated markets like EU/USA
