Microbiologist

Qualification/Experience: MD (Microbiology) or M.Sc in Life Science with Ph.D from a recognized University.
Desirable:
1. Additional post doctoral research/ teaching experience in microbiology in recognized Institutes)

Project Asstt/Research Assistant

Qualification/Experience: Graduate in Science/Biology from a recognized university with one year DMLT course or three years diploma in engineering (or any relevant required discipline) from a recognized institution. Or
Graduate with one year relevant experience in the lower grade or one year field/lab experience from a recognized institution.
Desirable: M. Sc in Life Science with working experience in tuberculosis laboratory.

Monthly remuneration: 26,000 + 20% HRA
1. The post is to be filled on purely temporary on contract basis. The appointment is terminable within one month notice from either side. The incumbent selected will have no claim for regular appointment. No PF, LTC, and Medical claim etc are admissible.
2. Relaxation in age would be admissible for SC/ST/OBC candidates in accordance with Govt, of India rules/order in force.
3. Application will be short listed as per their qualifications, experience and date of written test/interview would be intimated by email or letter.
4. Applicant fulfilling above qualification and experience would be called for written test and / or interview. If the number of eligible candidates are more than 25 and above written test will be conducted and qualified candidate would be called for interview,
5. Certificates and testimonials in original would be required at the time of the interview.
6. The candidates will have to report for written test/interview on the date intimated to them.
7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/interview.
8. Candidates will have no claim in future for employment under the Institute/ICMR.
9. During the appointment, if performance of the appointee if not found satisfactory by the PI/Director, the appointment can be terminated at any time without any notice.
