Affiliated Department: Health and Family Welfare Department

Salary: First five year Rs. 13500/- Allowance Rs. 1500/-

Nationality: Candiate should be Indian National

Age limit: 18 - 35 years

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have degree in pharmacy from state or central government recognised university or UGC act 1956 section-3 recognised deemed university or equivalent or
Diploma in pharmacy from recognized university
Candidate should have registered in Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
Should have adequate knowledge of Gujarati & Hindi.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of computer.

Exam Fees:
Candidate should pay Rs. 100 exam fees + Rs. 12 postal charges
Last date to pay fees in post office is 23.11.2015
Fees will not be accepted through any other method.
Exam fees is non-refundable.
Reserved category candidate need not to pay any fees.
