Job Description:
A. Duties & Responsibilities
1 QA in accessing and approving quality system documentation
2 Responsible for Multi-site QMS
3 Managing the document control operations and ensuring all necessary controls are in the placefor issuance, approval and review of GMP documents
4Overall Management of Internal audits of Biological functions, including 5 management reporting and closure of audit CAPAs
6 Perform quality trends analysis and reports, recommending continual improvement opportunities
7 Managing and administrating the plant GMP training program. Supporting any plant or corporate
8 Driven initiatives to enhance the training system
Behavioral/ Managerial Skills
1 Fluent in spoken & written English
2 Ability to lead audits and convince other people on his/her point of view
3 Sufficient human relation skills to effectively staff and manage relevant personnel and functions
4 Ability to make verbal presentations to both small and large group at a variety of levels both inside and outside of the company
Other Job Requirements
1 Good knowledge of GxP regulations is a pre-requisite requirement for this position
2 Min 2-3 years’ experience in leading a team
3 8+ years industry experience in a site producing pharmaceutical products under EU/US standards
4 with at least 3+ years in quality Management
5 Experience in medical device and/or ISO will be a plus
