Job Description
We are looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER.
We have plans to expand our business as we are planning lot of new products. We plan to have 2 divisions of sales team and share the product portfolio.
To meet our ambitious growth plans we need a person who can handle the entire sales team and deliver expected profitability with good growth in sales.
He shall be responsible for managing sales team, achieving company targets, monitoring performance of sales team and development of strategy for company growth.
Candidate Profile
The person should have rich experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing in a reputable company. He must be a team leader who has successfully handled a sales team.
The person should be between 35 to 40 years of age.
The person shall be based in LAGOS which is the business capital of Nigeria.
