Job Description
Permanent position with multinational openings, job begins 2015, training enrollment required for beginners. Qualified and experienced applicants will be allowed to appear in written and oral exam without any training. Application acceptance begins November 10 – 25 2014. Screening resumes from November 10th.

Written examination December 1- 10 2014, as per city and dates allotment by the company. Dates cannot be changed. Examination fees will be applied.

Research assistant: Successfully complete Research Assistant training program and annual refresher course; Diligently maintain strict patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and applicable law; Persuasively educate potential study participants on the importance of testing to improve their medicine treatment and why the physician has identified them as a candidate, Correctly and consistently perform data collection via questionnaire administration and medical record abstraction : Diploma or degree in related field

Research coordinator: Maintain program in full compliance with all applicable licensing standards, contractual requirements and agency policies. Screening of clinical sites in developing countries for research related work as per FDA and Ministry of health checklist. Daily Coordinating with staff in developing countries and preparing the data and documentation under HIPPA regulation. Preparation of patient enrollment record as per different areas and different diseases. Tracking progress of project and maintaining daily information sheet. Recruitment, Screening and Training research coordinators and research assistants team by preparing necessary power point, word doc and excel as per each project. Supervising and controlling research assistants. Master or Bachelor degree required

Data Application Specialist: Responsible for the management, maintenance and upgrades of ERP system and related business applications. Participate on cross functional teams to provide solutions and business process improvements through technology application solutions. Maintain and oversee data warehouse and develop organizational reports required to support business decisions and efficiency. Technical writing, specifically end-user documentation. Ability to handle and prioritize work in a multi-tasked environment, working to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Eligibility: Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. MS Project, Visio, and other application development skills are a plus.
Master or Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field. 3 years’ experience in management or supervision of others

Data collection assistant: Assist with coordination of data collection projects including; survey instrument review, interviewing, developing and implementing codebooks, reviewing completed surveys and correcting errors, and providing assistance with data cleaning, analysis, and reporting. Assist with preparation of study reports, proposals, and other documents related to survey research projects.
Eligibility: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software (especially Word, Excel) is required. A bachelor’s degree in sociology or a related social science field is required.
