The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research Hyderabad is an Institute of National Importance established by an Act of Parliament under the aegis of the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India.
Post : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for JRF position for the below mentioned project funded by Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM) Ministry of AYUSH funded project. The position is purely temporary in nature and co-terminus with the project. The period of employment may be initially for 01 year and renewed up to 1.5 years based on the satisfactory performance. The essential qualification & experience etc. required for the position have been mentioned below.

Project Title : Preclinical evaluation of UNIM-401 and UNIM-403 against experimentally induced psoriasis and UNIM-004 and UNIM-005 for their efficacy against experimentally induced vitiligo in mice
Project duration : 18 months
Salary : 25,000 INR per month + House Rental Allowances (HRA) as per the norms
Qualification : Essential: (i) First class post-graduate (PG) degree (including integrated PG degree) such as M.S. (Pharm) / M.Pharm / M.Sc or Equivalent (with specialization in Pharmacology and Toxicology / Regulatory Toxicology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences; Aforementioned qualification(s) must be from the recognized Board/ University/ Institute.
Desirable : Cell culture, Animal models experience and Molecular Biology
Age Limit : 35 years as on the date of 3rd June 2024.
