Department : Synthesis R&D / Peptides R&D
Qualification : M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry)
Experience : 2-8 yrs

Responsibilities and Skills Required
• Executing chemical reactions in mg to gm scale and to synthesize required quantities of molecules/ compounds as per client specifications using efficient route and techniques
• Purification of compounds, compounds interpretation characterization of peptide by using analytical techniques - NMR, LCMS, HPLC
• Solid phase/ Solution phase peptide synthesis
• Handling of diverse resins for peptide synthesis and peptide modification (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization etc.)
• Experience in handling automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification is desirable
• Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebook
