The AIIMS, New Delhi model will be adopted and adapted. Unlike the Postgraduate Institutes which lack the basic departments like Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, General Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology etc, the new AIIMS will have these departments as well as the superspecialty departments like neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, urology, endocrinology etc. In addition, departments of Accident & Emergency, Biostatistics, Medical Engineering, Hospital administration, Genetics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Telemedicine, Clinical Epidemiology and Medical Education Cell etc are also planned.

Project Research Scientist III (Non - Medical)
Age Limit : 45 years
Remuneration : Rs. 78000/- + HRA (27%)
Qualification : • First Class post graduate degree, including the integrated PG degree, with three Years Experience or PhD
• Second class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree, with PhD and three Years Experience
• Must have handled minimum five projects relevant to the requirement, as Principal investigator or Co-PI.
• For Engineering/ IT / CS - First Class Graduate degree of four Years with three years Experience

• Coordination with Ophthalmologist

i. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST up to 5 years and OBC upto 3 years for all categories. (Age relaxation for physically handicapped upto 10 years and 15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBC).
