General Information
1. Application in a prescribed standard form and Self attested copies of all the documents testimonials with recent passport size photograph duly attested should submit during the time of registration
2. Candidates shall bring the necessary ORIGINAL certificates, documents, etc on the day of interview
3. Date of Interview will be on 12th May, 2023.
4. Registration for interview will start from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Candidates coming later than 10:30 am will not be entertained
5. Preference will be given to successful candidates residing within the area covered by the respective PHC/CHC
6. In case of any dispute arises, the undersigned reserved the right to reject any or all application without assigning any reason thereof
7. No TA/DA will be give to the candidates for appearing the interview.
