Job Description
• Drive weekly business unit reviews (KAIZEN/Six Sigma GB/BB progress) to identify corrective actions for improving operations performance
• TAT reduction in batch to batch & Autonomous Maintenance
• Improve Energy Conservation process
• Manpower Management
• Lead cross-divisional, complex projects supporting key focus areas & following established company process improvement methodologies / standards
Required Skill Set
• Data analysis and reporting
• Lean production systems
• Operational Excellence / Related industry best practices
• Supply chain management and quality processes
• Ability to lead, large scale key focus area process improvement events and see through to successful implementation
