The AIIMS, New Delhi model will be adopted and adapted. Unlike the Postgraduate Institutes which lack the basic departments like Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, General Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology etc, the new AIIMS will have these departments as well as the superspecialty departments like neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, urology, endocrinology etc.
Applications are invited for the vacancy in the project titled “Adaptive model to strengthen facility-based emergency care system for providing quality emergency care among red triage patients (Time sensitive and other emergencies) at all levels of health care facilities” funded by ICMR. Consultant (Scientific Technical / Non-Medical)
Qualification : Essential: Professional having M.Sc. (Life Sciences) /B.Tech /M.Tech /MBA /MBBS qualifications in relevant subject with five years of R & D experience Desirable: At least 2-3 years of research experience in emergency care after Master’s degree
Age limit : 70 years
Salary : As per ICMR Consultant Rs. 70,000/ monthly
Scientist 1 (Non-Medical)
Qualification : Essential: 1 class Master’s degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University with 2 years of experience in related field
Or
2nd class Master’s degree with Ph.D in relevant subject from a recognized University
Or
BDS/B.V.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing degree with two years experience
Desirable : Research experience (one year) in field of emergency care or Qualitative research experience in relevant field will be given priority.
Age limit : 35 years
Salary : As per ICMR Scientist I Rs. 62,400/- monthly
Consultant (Non-Medical / Biostatistician)
Qualification : Professional having M.Sc. (Biostatistics) /B.Tech /M.Tech /MBBS qualifications in relevant subject with five years of R & D experience Desirable: At least 2-3 years of research experience (biostatistician) after Master’s degree
Age limit : 70 years
Salary : As per ICMR Consultant Rs. 70,000/ monthly
Research Associate - 1
Qualification : Essential: Ph.D /MD /MS /MDS or equivalent degree Or Having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MS / M.Pharma /M.Tech /ME or having any Master’s degree Desirable : At least 2-3 years of research experience in emergency care after Master’s degree
Age limit : 40 years
Salary : As per ICMR RA-I Rs. 59,690/ monthly
Senior Research Fellow (Non - Medical)
Qualification : Essential : M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ with two years of experience. Desirable: PhD. in Allied health sciences, Life sciences/ Biotechnology with two years’ research experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in emergency care
Age limit : 35 years
Salary : As per ICMR SRF Rs. 44,450/ monthly
Duration : Initially for 1 year and will be extended for 3 years based on satisfactory work performance
