Job Responsibilities
1. Identify Key decisions makers (INFLUENCERS) In Hospitals and institution. Meet all the HEALTHCARE STAKEHOLDERS for ensuring business
2. To gather Market information on Tenders detail( date of opening, Technical bids, Earnest money deposit and last year’s L1, L2 and L3 awardees and final rates.
3. Speciality Hospitals quotations with competitor’s activities and price bids.
4. To foster long terms association with LTVs of the selected Hospitals/Institutions.
5. To develop customer’s hierarchy through need base analysis.
6. Execute organizational strategy in letter and spirit.
Candidate Profile : Minimum 5years experience in institutional sales in PGI, GMCH-16, GMCH-32, & Private Hospital

Experience of 2-3 Years as a Regional Manager In a Reputed Pharma Company With Overall Minimum 10-12 Years of Experience in Pharma Ethical Sales Preferably Physician, Derma, Neurology.
• Able To Handle a Team of 3 Area Managers and 17 Msr's.
• Must Have Exposure to Jharkhand & Orisa Location.
• Must Have Excellent Sales Track Record
