The applications arc invited in the prescribed format from reputed and experienced Agencies Individual to hire IPR Consultant having expertise in dealing with Techno-legal Aspects of IPR protection in the Held of Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Applied Sciences on Contract Basis for the period of one year.
Essential Qualifications
01. B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharma/M.E/M.Tech/M.Pharm/Ph.D. in Science & Technology.
02. Minimum of 15 years of experience working with patents.
03. Should have in-depth knowledge of patent law and exposure to India/US/EU and other countries.
04. The team should comprise of technical specialists in all leading technology domains and registered patent agents in India.
Desirable Qualifications
01. Should have certification of additional course or training in intellectual Property etc.
Job Responsibilities
• filing and Prosecuting Patent Application.
• Drafting Patent Specifications.
• Answering queries from IP India/US/EU and countries Office on various aspects of Patent law and practices.
• Preparing and Filing Response in the Patent Office.
• Attending Hearing at the Patent Office. Drafting and filing Pre and Post Grant Oppositions.
Note : These applicants who had applied earlier, need not be applied again.
The filled application forms in all respects will be submitted to the IPR Coordinator on and before 10th of June, 2022 up to 05.30 PM in soft and one hard copy.
