Vardhman Mahavir Medical College was established at Safdarjung Hospital by the Government of India in November, 2001. Its inauguration was done by the then Honourable Prime Minister Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee on 17th December, 2001 in presence of Sh.L.K.Advani, Sh. C. P. Thakur and Founder Principal Dr. Jagdish Prasad. The College building was dedicated to the Nation by the Vice President Sh. M. Hamid Ansari on 20th Nov. 2007 in the presence of Honourable Health Minister Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss.
Post : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Application is invited for the following post under the project entitled “Clinical efficacy of Buprenorphine versus Buprenorphine plus Amitriptyline for treatment of pain with depression in advanced cancer patients” funded by ICMR. The post is purely temporary for the below mentioned period and shall be filled on the basis of interview.
Duration : 1 post for 1 year at Delhi
Stipend : Rs. 31,000/ + HRA 24% @7,440 Per Month
Essential Qualification :
1. Post-graduate in life sciences / clinical psychology / Pharmacology / public health / hospital administration / B.Pharm
2. Knowledge of computer with experience and proficiency in Microsoft office.
Desirable Qualification : National Eligibility Test (NET) clarified, PhD in the relevant subject
Job Requirement :
1. Data collection from site and data compilation, validation, analysis, Presentation and report preparation
2. Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Age Limit : 30 Years
Tenure : Initially for a period of one year with the provision of further continuation (till duration of the project) subjected to satisfactory performance of the fellow.
