Job Description
• Provide analytical expertise to the Established Products Operations (EPO) technical functions worldwide (APAC/METAP regions). Support analytical activities for pharmaceutical products in large international projects
• Initiate, design and execute experiments to optimize processes and to meet regulatory requirements
• Function independently to troubleshoot and solve difficult technical problems
• Responsible for compliance with Good Scientific Practices and regulatory guidelines, Ownership of the analytical part of a CMC dossier
• Can establish project plans and can lead multifunctional teams to accomplish project
• Be able to guide and control external studies at Third Party Manufacturers (TPM) and Contract Research Organizations (CRO)
• Initiate and evaluate test method development, validation and transfer

Candidate Profile
• Must be M.Pharm.
• Minimum 12-15 years in Pharmaceutical Analysis in an international setting.
• Experience with Technology Transfers and Pharmaceutical Product and Process Development.
• Experience with dissolution testing including hands on experience, knowledge on regulatory requirements and IVIVC is preferred
• Should be conversant with analytical activities related to Branded Generic / Established pharmaceuticals manufacturing processes with emphasis on Solid oral Dosage forms (pharmaceutical unit operations).

• Has knowledge of computers and analytical testing experience in wet chemical, physical property testing, chromatography and/or spectrometric methods.
• Optimal project management skills (Able to drive project and obtain results)
• 100% Pro-active approach, driving issue resolution
• Able to communicate at various levels with professionals with different expertise
• AMust be able to lead projects with international colleagues
• AMust be proficient with computers and tools like presentation, spreadsheets, and statistical packages.
• AShould be proficient in English (Spoken, Written, understand), should have good presentation skills.
