Job Description
Area Manager : Accountable for Achieving Sales and Collections Targets every month Accountable for Implementation of Strategies, Systems, Norms and Rules of the company Should be strong field worker who leads by Demonstration, not through instructions. Must be strong in Communication and Customers Rapport in the relevant segments
Medical Representatives
Must be a Science/Pharma Graduate with good communication and result oriented Should have thorough knowledge of RCPA and good In-Clinic Effectiveness

Candidate Profile
Area Manager : Not exceeding 30 years of age, dynamic, go-getter with excellent track record of achieving results for existing as well as new products. Candidates who have had the experience of successfully launching a new company will be more ideal.
Medical Representatives : Not more than 25 years of age
Science/Pharmacy Graduates with 1-2 years of experience with excellent communication skills and adherence to deadlines and Strategies
