Job Description
The incumbent must have a proven track record of hands-on work experience in isolation of cells from different tissues, immunophenotyping, cytokine profiling, cell culture techniques, hematology, functional assays, and protein estimation from different matrices. Having in-vivo hands on experience is a plus. Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Prepares study protocols and maintains study records and summary reports. Executes experiments under the guidance of team lead and contributes to scientific literature search. Effective planning, quality execution and organization of work is required. Will execute relevant in-vitro assays to facilitate in-screening of test articles in models of cancer and or inflammation. Handling and dosing experience is required. Will participate in study planning, execution and results discussion. Will be involved in the development of syngeneic tumor models and measuring tumor volumes, data collection, and analysis using various statistical tools. Scientific literature search and technical support to the pharmacology group for carrying out various project activities will also be required.
Candidate Profile
Candidate M. Pharm in Pharmacology or M.Sc, with 3-5 yrs of pharmaceutical/biotech industrial work experience is required. Should have thorough understanding of key role of invitro experimentation and extrapolation to studies. Must be flexible and enthusiastic to learn new things. Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively to perform different works under tight timelines. Good verbal and written communication skills are also needed.
