Required Educational Qualification (Essentials) :
For Deputation:
(1) B.E./B.Tech/MBBS/B.Pharmaand
(2) MBA
For Direct Recruitment on Contract:
(1) B.E./B.Tech/MBBS/B.Pharm and
(2) MBA

Required Work Experience (Essentials) :
For Deputation:
• At least 10 Years’ experience in Health Sector with 5 years Health Sector Procurement Experience.
For Direct Recruitment on Contract:
• Minimum 10 years experience in Health Sector field out of which 5 years experience in Procurement/Marketing of Health Sector goods including 3 years in supervisory capacity.
• Proficient in working on MS Office with latest windows.

Desirable Skills :
• Extensive knowledge of purchasing methods and systems as per GFR/World Bank guidelines;
• In-depth understanding of procurement of drugs and medical equipment. Civil work and services procurement experience shall be a plus;
• Knowledge of Materials Management, Supply Chain & Contracts Management
• Good knowledge and experience in price negotiation & finalization of contracts
• Exposure to Vendor Management Practices. Knowledge of various material acquisition process.

In the case of direct recruitment on contract, appointee receives monthly contractual pay as mentioned above and in deputation case the appointee receives the pay & allowances according to his last pay certificate (LPC). The application forms will became available on MP Online website.
