Job Description
• Planning training activities of entire site through annual training calendar and TNI.
• Provide training on technical and GMP aspects.
• Provide technical expertise to plant / quality management which defines and implements an effective training system compliant with the CFR's and meets the business needs of the organization. Broad latitude is afforded for the incumbent to define and direct a training staff which designs, develops, implements, and measures training interventions to ensure that employees are competent to perform their jobs
• Monitoring training compliances in OOS, OOT, market complaint, deviation, lab incident and human errors.
• Directs, evaluates, and recommends initiatives and policies related to Technical training, GMP training for PGM Asia.
• Facilitates the development of curricula and any other development programs needed for site colleagues.
Candidate Profile
B.Pharm or M.Pharm/M.Sc, with specialization in Pharmaceutics or Industrial Pharmacy and having min. 10-12 yrs. of experience.
