Job Description
Market Identification & Mapping based on inputs available though Internet & other sources of Business Intelligence for a specified geography (CIS Nations / Eastern Europe, EU, SE Asia or Latin America).
- Generate first level of leads of potential clients / distributors. Assist Senior Management on Client Profiling.
- Assisting Senior Management on devising the"Go to Market Strategy".
- Conduct Organization mapping of the Client to ensure optimum engagement at all levels.
- Responsible for Business generation and growth from specified geographies.
- Assist Senior Management on designing Brand development strategies.
- Develop and Design inputs required for development of brand in desired geography.
- Assist senior management in various other allied activities to business development.
Minimum Skills Required
Ability to work with a truly diversified set of global clients.
Ability to perform against stiff targets and creating opportunities in newer geographies (globally)
Excellent Communication Skills (Written as well as spoken) area must
Ability to prepare and assist in preparation of various regulatory documents required for registration of pharmaceutical formulations in a diversified set of countries.
Knowledge of a Foreign Language (Russian / French / Spanish / Portuguese) will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple projects deliverables at the same time.
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Domain.
Go Getter & Highly Motivated Excellent commercial and relationship skills.
Operational experience.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.B.A. 0-1 yrs experience.
Excellent Communication & negotiation Skills.
Experience of 0-1 years in a Pharma Company in International marketing, Regulatory affairs and Product management will be added advantage. Experience of Liaisoning with various regulatory agencies will be an added advantage.
Computer Efficacy in MS-Office and Internet
