Profile
- run (front ending ) multicenter study in very close cooperation with leading centers in India for ophthalmology.
- drive patient recruitment with the individual centers
- make sure patient selection is compliant with clinical protocol
- ensure follow-up exams according to protocol to complete CRFs
- ensure completeness and quality of the data
- assist in the clinical procedure in the OR to make sure treatment is compliant, ensure training and skills of staff
- be in close contact with PI and study nurse/clinical research assistant of each site
- interact with headquarter in France for data base and data analysis
- strong teamwork with director running India operations to fulfill clinical and application tasks and to develop KOLs and luminary centers
Skill set
*Post graduate in medicine, biology, pharmacy or biomedical At least min 5 years of experience within a clinical research organization or in a clinical affairs team with international exposure. At least second line experience to run a multi-center study Technical skills and motivation to learn a simple clinical procedure and to teach to clinicians Personality allowing an at eye-level discussing with clinicians and KOLs Good communication skills High degree of accuracy and sense for quality work High degree of autonomy.
*Optomology med\ surgical device clinical trail experience is a big plus.
