Post: Trainee
Responsibilities:
- The CPA is responsible to ensure that organization; tracking, follow-up activities and administrative related processes for clinical trials conduction are implemented, following instructions and agreements from the project teamwork.
- He/She is part of the Clinical Trial Team and will collaborate and interact with the people involved in the conduction of clinical trials since the preparation of submissions according to the local needs and organization, up to the closing and archiving periods.
- He/She will interact with the CPLs, team managers, CRAs, start-up team, site’s staff and affiliate support units /departments to ensure that all the administrative tasks are completed in a timely fashion and with quality in CSUs or Clusters when needed.
- He/She provide comprehensive support to the clinical project team for the set up and administration of clinical trials ensuring adherence to protocols and quality of information received, in line with law, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company Corporate and Local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- He/She pro-actively manages all administrative aspects of the set up and conducts of clinical trials.
- He/She is an internal focal point for the CRAs and is a mentor to the new CPAs / trainees.
- 1-2 years of experience as a CTA or 2-3 years of exp as a CRC
Requirements:
- M Pharma, B Pharma, M Sc, BSc, Ph D, Diploma in Clinical Research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
