Job Description
-
Attain or exceed sales budgets quarter-wise.

Ensure that all brands contribute to growth & sales objectives.

Ensure all Areas in the region are meeting the sales objectives.

Analyzing reports of ABM and bring out insights to better support the team to ensure higher sales
-
Manage distribution channel in the Region and ensure that adequate inventories are maintained at every level.
-
Lead the team to achieve the organizational objectives through proper goal setting, guidance, motivation & coaching.
-
Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department pertaining to North region.
-
Develop a set of key opinion leaders in the region and create a good business relationship with these customers
Candidate Profile
Age below 40 yrs
Any Graduate
CTC: UPTO 6 LPA
