Job Description
Analytical / Bioanalytical method development and validation. Planning of various activities like procurement of reagents, equipments and assay kits for the method developmental activities. Preparing STPs, SOPs and protocols for analytical methods and instruments. Preparing validation protocols for analytical methods and instruments Handling and carry out electrophoresis, HPLC, ELISA, LAL, CE, colorimetric and PCR based assays. Developing and performing bioassay for various biotherapeutic proteins.
Candidate Profile
Ph.D in Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology with 2 - 3 years of Postdoctoral experience or M.Sc / M.Tech with 4 - 5 year of expereince in Protein characterization, Structure biology and related subjects.
