First MBBS batch with 100 students admitted into MGIMS From the 2012-13 academic session, MGIMS has increased the number of its undergraduate seats from 65 to 100. The Medical Council of India had granted permission for this based on its evaluation of the Institute’s faculty strength, infrastructural facilities and clinical material available for teaching purposes. With the entry of its first batch of 100 students, a long cherished dream of the institute has been realized.

Applications alongwith complete bio-data with necessary academic experience certificates/testimonials are invited for the post of Technical Associate for the ADR Monitoring Centre under PvPi in the department of Pharmacology, which must reach the office of the Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Dist. Wardha (M.S.) latest by 24.05 2014.

Qualifications: MBBS/BDS/M. Pharm/D. pharm or candidates with any other qualification having experience in Pharmacovigilance programme of India. Candidates with proficiency in computer application will be preferred.

Job Description:
- Collection of ADR report
- Follow up with the complainant to check completeness as per SOP & rsquo;s Data entry in vigiflow.
- Reporting to national Co-ordination centre through Vigiflow with the source data attached with each ADR case.
- Training/sensitization/feedback to physician through newsletter circulated by the NCC.
- Other activities as assigned from time to time by competent authority.

Emoluments: 20,000/- P.M (Consolidated)
