Job description
- Design brand marketing strategies to ensure sales and profitability targets achievement
- Ensure Rx/Rxer and MS growth of the brand assigned
- Ensure connect with sales force to ensure execution of the brand promotional campaigns
- Ensure on going analysis of internal and external brand performance
- Insight mining and understanding customer behaviour, designing promotional strategies accordingly
- High inter personal relationship with people at HO and Field
- Ensure competitors mapping to remain pro active
- Monitoring promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget
- Excellent communication: Oral/ Written/ Presentation
- Being Strategic & Analytical
- Ensure multifunctional understanding
- Being creative
- Being aware about you brand, competition, Market, customers and changing dynamics and modifying brand promotional strategies accordingly
- Quick understanding of the processes being followed in Wokchardt and adopt them as early as possible
- Being in touch with field with high frequency to ensure strong follow ups for better execution
- Brand being on yearly target (Qtr by Qtr)
- Brand promotional spend in control
- Growth in RX, Rxers and MS in IMS
Candidate Profile
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: ESSENTIAL: Science, MBA, DESIRED: Science, MBA
MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 - 6 Years
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (IF ANY): English
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Average 7 Days/ Month
Exposure to iNSULINS / OAD Portfolio.
