Job Description
• Lead formulation development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Manage and mentor a team of formulation scientists and technicians.
• Set project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Design, develop, and optimize formulations for various dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules, liquids).
• Conduct benchtop and pilot scale studies to evaluate formulation performance.
• Scale up formulations for commercial manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulation development activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and results.
