The origins of the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) are rooted in the Indian Cancer Research Centre (ICRC), which was established in 1952 in Parel, Mumbai, under the purview of the Ministry of Health, Government of India. In 1966, ICRC was renamed the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) and amalgamated with the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), creating the first comprehensive cancer centre in India - the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an autonomous grant-in-aid institution of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India.
Post : Clinical Research Coordinator (On Project)
Essential Educational Qualification & Experience: - Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Trials (PGDCT) or equivalent with at least 60% marks. At least one-year experience in clinical research.
Desirable : Experience in recruiting patients in clinical trials, familiarity with good documentation practices and good clinical practices. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is desirable. Candidate having experience in handling biological samples (blood, plasma, urine, stool) correctly, their processing and storage, will be preferred
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Duration : Six months and extendable. The work progress of candidates will be monitored and extension may be given after six months.
