Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.

QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA)
Position : Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm./M.Pharm./M.Sc
Experience : 3 to 9 Years
Required Skills : • Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch
• Collecting and submitting in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as per the respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols
• Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples
• Examining the batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols that have been executed
• Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
• Persons should have exposure to QMS elements (CAPA, Change control, Deviation)
QUALITY CONTROL
Position : Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm / MSc. (Injectables)
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Required Skills : • Handling the creation of Caliber LIMS masters
• Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor lla)
• Handling the assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable
• Analysis of the in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material
• Handling HPLC/GC with empower software
• Handling UV Visible Instruments, KF, and Potentiometers with Tiamo Software
• Handling of IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, and Ion Chromatography
• Managing AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR
• Knowledge and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, IC, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, and TOC
PRODUCTION PHARMA
Officers & Senior Officer
Qualification : Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience : 2-6 Years
Required Skills
• Experience in operating and cleaning a Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic, Terminal sterilization. Vial Filling, Vial Sealing, and Automatic PFS filling machines
• Experience in operating and cleaning lyophilizers using Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
• Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities
• Knowledge about the execution of manufacturing and compounding activities
Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification : M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy
Experience : 2-7 Years
Required Skills
• Hands on experience in Manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities
• Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, including filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filtration integrity
MICROBIOLOGY
Associate-PG
Qualification : M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience : Fresh Post-graduates
Required Skills
• The candidate should be familiar with basic microbiology techniques
• The graduates of 2024 with at least 60% marks
• Excellent communication skills
Executive
Qualification : M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience : 2-5 Years
Required Skills : • Aseptic areas require environmental monitoring
• Water sampling and utility monitoring
• Trend Preparation
