NIAB is an autonomous and premier institute of the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India. The Institute aims to develop and harness novel and emerging biotechnological tools and applications, and take up research in cutting-edge areas for improving animal health and productivity as well as contribute to human health and welfare.
Post : Research Associate - I (1 Position)
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad.
Project Title : “Identification of heat stress-specific biomarkers to develop a biosensor for formulating mitigation strategies in high yielding dairy animals” (PI: Dr. Pankaj Suman)
Tenable upto : Six Months.
Essential Qualification : Ph.D. in any field of Life Sciences (incl. Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
Desirable Experience : Candidate having experience for omics technologies and experience to develop bioassays will be preferred.
Fellowship amount : Rs 47,000 + 24 % HRA as per the DST guidelines.
Age : 35 years

The decision of the Selection Committee will be final. No need to send a hard copy. Interim enquiries will not be entertained.
