Post : Pharmacist cum Data Assistant (RBSK & Urban)

Salary : Rs. 13,000/-
Qualification :
1. Candidate possesses Degree in Pharmacy OR Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized college/universities. Candidate must have valid registration his/her name with Pharmacy Council of Gujarat.
2. Provided that preference shall be given to having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospital or dispensaries.
3. A candidate possessing knowledge of computer is a additional qualification.
Important Instructions on Applying Online
1. Only the candidate's application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be considered valid. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Ordinary Post will not be accepted.
2. Candidates should fill all the details accurately in the online application along with uploading all the necessary documents.
3. Original documents in legible and legible form All necessary academic qualification certificates (year/semester pass-fail all), trial certificate, school leaving certificate etc. photocopies of all necessary documents must be uploaded in the software if illegible, illegible documents are uploaded Then such application will be considered cancelled.
4. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid and candidates cannot apply more than once.
5. Correspondence for all the said posts will be done from this office only through e-mail so that all the candidates should use their e-mail id. Especially those currently in operation should be shown.
6. All final decisions relating to appointment such as promotion or reduction of posts, cancellation of recruitment process or related to the Mission Director and Chief District
