Qualification :
(1) Should have completed Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy course from an institution having registration with Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
(2) Candidate should be registered with Pharmacy Council of Gujarat.
(3) Preference will be given to those having experience in drug dispensing work in hospital or dispensary.
(4) Should not be more than 58 years of age.
(5) Should have completed CCC level computer course from a recognized institution.

Terms and Conditions
1. These posts are only on contract for 11 months. After 11 months the contractual posts will automatically end. Can't claim for permanent job.
2. Appointed candidates cannot be transferred to other districts.
3. Only applications received by the candidate through the online link https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received from RPAD/Speed Post/Post/Courier or with incomplete details will be considered invalid.
4. A photocopy of the legible original certificate must be uploaded in the software.
5. Interested candidates have to apply from 14/03/2024 to 21/03/2024 up to 06:00 PM in the link mentioned above.
6. The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit. That is, in case of all the candidates, the last date of acceptance of application mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration.
7. Final decision on appointment will be subject to the prevailing conditions of Urban Health Society and National Health Mission.
