Job Role :
Production:
* Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves .Isolator, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ ophthalmic /PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, active freeze drying System. Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification and maintenance of solution preparation systems.
Packing:
* Ensure operation, cleaning, qualifications and maintenance of manual visual inspection. On line integrity testing m/c, auto cartonator, blister parki'-.R m/r, sterilization, Track & Trace system.

• Exposure of analysis for finished product, stability samples and raw material. Handle instruments like HPLC,GC,UV-visible/IR spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES
