Production - Tablet / Capsule
Officer / Executive : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 3-7 years of experience in tablet / capsule department with an experience in gelatin preparation with overall understanding of soft gelatin process, encapsulation, granulation, compression, coating and inspection. Candidates would be responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), managing manpower and allocating daily activities.
Operator - Technical Assistant : Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like encapsulation machines (bochang, changsung, KDE, GIC, gamma ACG), imprinting, visual inspection, granulation (ACG, glatt, tapasya, GEA), wurster coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), fitzpatrick roll compactor, compression machines (fette, korsch), coating machines (glatt, ACG, ganson), performing line clearance and operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Packing - Tablet / Capsule
Officer / Executive : B.Sc. / B.Pharm with 3-7 years of supervising and controlling bottle / blister packing areas, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), managing manpower and allocating daily activities.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like sachet packing and blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Production - Non OSD (Transdermal)
Officer to Assistant Manager : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B. Sc. / M. Sc. with 2-12 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to shop floor production activities, QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.
Warehouse
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant - Dispensing :
ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. with 2-7 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing raw material, packaging material, finished goods of oral solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Candidates should have experience in handling physical stock verification and SAP.
Production Documentation Cell-Production
Executive / Manager : B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 3-5 years of experience for executives and 14-17 years of experience for manager in preparation of BMR & BPR. Candidates should have experience in track wise, issuance and retrieval of logbooks and QMS documentation (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), should have experience in SAP and should be managing a team for Manager’s role.
Engineering
Executive / Sr. Executive : B.E. / B.Tech with 4-8 years of experience in scheduling and executing preventive maintenance activities of OSD equipment, HVAC + BMS operations, installation and upgradation. The job requires scheduling and executing preventive maintenance, instrumentation and in-house calibration as well as external calibration activities and maintaining air compressor, chiller and water system. Candidates should have the knowledge of PLC, SCADA and HMI.
Technician : Diploma / ITI with 3-12 years of experience in plant maintenance as a fitter, electrician, instrument mechanic and HVAC / Chiller / BMS operator. Candidates should have experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of OSD Plant equipment, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems, instrument and calibration of OSD plant equipment and knowledge and experience of instruments like sensors, PLC, HML, SCADA, and experience in calibration activities.
For all the positions mentioned, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in pharmaceutical company and regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP / GLP. Interested candidates can walk-in for an interview alongwith their updated CVs, salary slips and relevant documents.
