IGIMS was established on 19th November 1983, as an autonomous organisation on the pattern of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The objective was to provide super specialty medical facilities in Bihar. On 27th January 1983 Cabinet approved the completion of this massive project in 4 phases within a span of six (6) years. According to the decision of State Government, 130.20 Acres of land was transferred to IGIMS.

Walk ln interview for the post of Research Assistant on Adhoc basis for 12 (twelve) months (extendable to 24 (twenty Four) months) in a OHR funded research project "Fever hyperglycemia swallowing and hypertension management in acute stroke: stepped wedge cluster randomized trial with ’cross sectional data collection (Indian quality improvement in stroke care study) in the Department of Neurology, IGIMS, Patna.
A Walk-in interview of eligible Indian Citizen for appointment of above post has been fixed on 05/04/2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the office Chamber of the Director Board Room IGIMS, Patna.
Reporting time :- 10:30 A.M.
Qualification
Graduate in Science / relevant Subject from a recognized University OR Master's degree in the relevant Subject.
Desirable Qualification
• Candidates with experience in working in a clinical research project.
• Candidates with diploma/ degree certificate in computer training for at least 6 months.
• Candidates with knowledge of MS excel, MS word, MS access.
Experience : 1. Three years work experience from a recognized institution. (In case of Non-availability of 3 years experience candidate, lesser experienced candidate can be considered).
Salary : Rs. 31,000/- per month Relaxation of age as per rule prescribed
