In fact CGHS caters to the healthcare needs of eligible beneficiaries covering all four pillars of democratic set up in India namely Legislature, Judiciary, Executive and Press.

Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), Patna invites applications for the posts of Pharmacists (Allopathic) on purely contract basis from retired employees of Central Government / State Government / PSUs and Autonomous Bodies.
No of posts : 10
Age : Not exceeding 64 years as on the last date of submission of application.
Remuneration : Last Pay Drawn minus Pension fixed.
Duration of appointment : For a period of Six months or till a regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier.
Place of posting : The selected candidates will be posted in any wellness centre under the administrative control of CGHS Patna i.e. Patna, Gaya, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur & Chhapra and they will be functioning under the control of the Medical Officer l/C of the Wellness Centre in which they are posted.
Preference : Employees who have retired from CGHS will be given first preference.
Eligible retired officials may apply in plain paper as per below format along with self attested copies of Age Proof (Matriculation Certificate), Educational Qualification Certificates and other additional certificate, PPO Copy, Identity Card (i.e. Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Matriculation Admit Card etc) to the Additional Director, CGHS, 4th Floor A&B wing, C.G.O. Complex, Karpuri Thakur Sadan, Near Rajiv Nagar Thana, Ashiyana- Digha Road, Patna- 800025.
