Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer, ACTREC, is a unique Institute under the wing of Tata Memorial Centre and a grant-in-aid Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy. ACTREC conducts a PhD program in Life Sciences that is affiliated with the Homi Bhabha National Institute (a deemed university under category A by MHRD, Govt. of India). Post : Junior Research Fellow
Project Title :-“Engineering Perfusion Models of Human organs for Pre-clinical and Biological Research”
Educational Qualification : *M.Sc. (Life Sciences) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam. Candidate should be CSIR-UGC NET-JRF / DBT-JRF or GATE qualified.
Experience :- Minimum two year experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques and animal handling. *M.Sc. degree having duration of one year course will not be considered. Selected candidate will have to join at the earliest; hence result-awaited candidates will not be eligible to apply for the post.
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 38,440/- per month. (Rs. 31,000/-+24%HRA) p.m.
Duration : Six Months. The work progress of candidates will be monitored for extension after 6 months
