1) District AYUSH Office, Gazipur Kalaburagi on Date : 28-02-2023 from 10.30 AM to Applications will be issued till 5.00 p.m.
2) Candidates applying during the office period along with self-attested documents related to the post along with the copy of qualification mark sheet, rural, caste certificate 371J copy, and photograph dated: 16-03-2023 Submission by 5.00 p.m. Any applications received later will not be considered.
3) Last date for submission of application is declaration as general holiday If done, the later day will be considered as the last day.
4) Age limit will be considered as per General Recruitment Rules of Government of Karnataka
5) If it is confirmed that the appointment has been submitted by furnishing wrong information/documents, the appointment will be canceled without any prior information and criminal proceedings will be initiated against such candidate.
