In pursuance to Govt. Order No. 733 — JK(HME) of 2021 Dated: 29-11-2021 and in continuation to the application forms received by this office Advertisement notice no. 16 GMCA of 2022 Dated 01.01.2022, applications are invited from the eligible Registered Pharmacists of Reputed NGO's/ Societies/Trusts/Partnerships and Private individuals and also Doctors and registered Medical practioners of District Anantnag to work on Profit Sharing basis in the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras (PMBJAKs) under Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Pariyojna (PMBJP) to be set up at various Health Institutions of GMC Anantnag.

Eligibility : 10+2 with Science or above qualification with diploma in Pharmacy Training Course from any Recognised Institute/ SMP. Registration with Pharmacy council of J&K.
Selection Criteria :
(i) 10+2 =10 points.
(ii) Diploma = 60 Points.
(iii) Additional higher related qualification = 05 Points.
(iv) Experience in relevant line = 05 Points
(a Cross board for Minimum 01 year Experienced)
(v) Viva Voce =20 Points
Total Points = 100 Points
Note: - Item (i) & (ii) on pro-rata basis.
In view of above Selection Criteria, it may be hereby further clarified that :-
The candidates having Diploma in Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy, their diploma in Pharmacy shall be treated as Basic Qualification & B. Pharmacy degree shall be treated as Higher Qualification.
The candidates having only B.Pharmacy Degree, their B.Pharmacy degree shall be treated as Basic qualification (i.e. in place of Diploma in Pharmacy) as well as it shall be treated as higher Qualification.
The candidates having B.Pharmacy & M.Pharmacy degrees, their B. Pharmacy degree shall be treated as Basic qualification (i.e. in place of Diploma in Pharmacy) and their M. Pharmacy degree Shall be treated as Higher Qualification.
Eligibility Criteria :
The applicant must be a permanent resident of District Anantnag of J&K UT.
The candidates shall be a pharmacist, registered with J&K Pharmacy Council. Preference shall be given to the candidates having Diploma in Pharmacy or higher related qualification from recognized Institute.
He/She shall have working knowledge of operating computer for billing purpose.
He/She shall be unemployed for which he/she has to give an undertaking to the effect on stamp paper duly attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate.
NOC from District Industry Centre and District Employment Officer.
Terms & Conditions
• PMJAKs shall run on 24x7 basis under the supervision of concerned Medical Superintendent/ Block Medical Officer/ Zonal Medical Officer.
• Engagement of pharmacists in PMJAK is a temporary arrangement for three years on performance basis and shall not conform any right for his/ her permanent absorption/regularization in the department and can be terminated any lime without notice.
• Out of total 20% margin on MRP of each drug as per guidelines at present, each Registered Pharmacist shall be provided 7.5% (For two Pharmacists total=15%) of margin on MRP of each drug and the rest 5% of the margin shall go to the Hospital Development Fund of concerned Hospital.
• Only the medicines supplied by Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India (BPPI) should be sold at PMBJAK.
• All the billing should be done by using software provided by BPPI. No medicine can be sold in the PMBJAK without using the software provided by BPPI.
• The services of Registered Pharmacists taken up by the department shall be designated as Jan Aushadhi Store Manager having primarily responsibility for day to day operations of Jan Aushadhi Store in accordance with terms and conditions.
• Registered Pharmacist whose services are taken up by the department to work In the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra as Jan Aushadhi Store Manager shall have to execute an agreement with the department through the concerned Medical Superintendent/Incharge attested by 1st Class Magistrate, that he/she will abide by all the terms and conditions as laid down by the department and shall work under the supervision of the concerned Medial Superintendent/ Block Medical Officer/ Zonal Medical Officer and shall not claim any regular appointment/ regularization in the department in lieu of this agreement.
• That Jan Aushadhi Store Manager shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the agreement to be executed between the Medical Superintendent/Block Medical Officer/Zonal Medical Officer of the concerned Hospital & BPPI.
• The PMBJAK operator will not be allowed to sell allied medical products, common/y sold in chemist shops. They are also not allowed to sell any medicine other than meant for Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadi Kendra,
• That, continuation of Jan Aushadhi Store Manager shall be based on his/her performance vouched with by the Committee on the basis of report submitted by the concerned Medical Superintendent/Block Medical Officer/Zonal Medical Officer.
• That in case of unsatisfactory performance by the Jan Aushadhi Store Manager, hired to work in the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra, the committee shall be well within its power to terminate the services of Registered Pharmacist(s) and substituted by selecting another Registered Pharmacist by following due selection process.
Interested candidates from District Anantnag can only apply by sending their applications on the prescribed format which can be had from the Office of Principal Government Medical College Anantnag/ download from official website. The duly filled in application form along-with all required / relevant documents mentioned below and recent passport size photographs (attested) should reach in the Office of Principal Government Medical College Anantnag by or before 7th March, 2022 and accordingly walk-in-lnterview of eligible candidates shall be conducted on 9th March, 2022 at 11:00 AM in office of the Principal GMC Anantnag at MMABM Associated Hospital.
