No. 14 / Locality Policy -0- 821 of 14-04/2018, canceling in compliance with clause 4 (b) of 05.02.2021, Campaign Director, National Health Mission, Swachhta Shiksha 0 and P.K. Department According to the instructions of letter number 2463 (MD) dated 24.08.2021, applications are invited in the prescribed form for the post wise appointment in the following form.
Ayush Pharmacist
Program : RCH
No of Posts : 03 (Gen-02, BCI-01)
Qualification :
• Ayurvedic Compounder: Diploma in Ayurvedic pharmacy from govt. Recognized institute
• Unani Compounder: Diploma in Unani pharmacy from govt. Recognized institute
• Homeopathic Compounder: Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy from govt. Recognized institute.
Salary : Rs. 10,000/- pm
Store Keeper cum pro MIS Operator
Program : RCH
No of Posts : 01(Gen-01)
Qualification :
• Diploma in Pharmacy with good knowledge of Computer Operation.
• Should have registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Minimum three years working experience in handling medicine store.
Salary : Rs. 14,013/- pm
Age Limit (Age on 01-03-2022)
Minimum Age in years : 21
Maxmimum Age in years : Gen-35, OBC-37, Female Unreserved-38, ST/SC-40
Conditions of Selection
1. On the above mentioned posts, they will be contracted to work against the approved honorarium on contract basis.
2. No amount will be paid other than the monthly honorarium fixed by the government. In the light of the letter number 1135 (MD), dated 24.04.2021 of IL Campaign Director, National Health Mission, Jharkhand Ranchi, the honorarium has been fixed as per the sanctioned amount of monthly honorarium for the respective posts.
3. In future, the departmental guidelines regarding honorarium will be followed, increased or decreased accordingly.
4. District level reservation roster will be admissible in all the above posts. Horizontal reservation will be admissible for different categories of persons with disabilities in the light of the instructions and applicability contained in the Resolution No. 2249 of the Government of Jharkhand, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms and Official Language, dated 03.04.2018.
5. The contract will be for one year. As per the requirement, the contract period can be extended by one year each on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal with a break of one day in service.
6. The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's honorarium to the persons contracted on the basis of contract, in case of non-requirement or work is not satisfactory. VL Candidates who are presenting the CGPA Score Card for Educational Qualification will also submit the CGPA Conversion Chart along with the Marksheet.
7. For applying for more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to submit separate applications in separate envelopes. It will be mandatory to attach the latest local resident and caste certificate issued from the level of Circle Officer / Sub-Divisional Officer with the application form. In this appointment, the local policy applicable from 0-821 dated 05.02.2021 will be fully complied with. Preference will be given to the candidates of Jharkhand State. In this appointment, the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Government of Jharkhand's notification number - 11 / of 0 C.A.-16-7 / of 2013. 3846 dated 10.08.2021 will be fully complied with.

9. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the further selection process by the committee as per the advertised qualification, merit. The decision of the committee in the appointment process will be final and binding.
10. All the original certificates submitted by the selected candidates will be verified by the certificate issuing institution.
Process of application : Self attested photocopies of necessary mark sheets, educational certificates, technical qualification certificates and experience certificates from the candidates having the above qualification-cum-qualification in the prescribed form and residential certificate issued by the competent authority for claiming reservation, Caste certificate, certificate of computer proficiency (if valid) and 02 self attested passport size latest color photographs are required to be submitted along with the application form.
