Job Description
• Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
• Making Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands.
• Identifying the opportunities for sales growth.
• Provide direction, motivation & training to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
• Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force.
• Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs etc
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate with 4 - 7 years in Respiratory products brand management experience
