Name of Project : Versatile excited state dynamics of 1, 3, 6, 8-tetrakis(trimethylsilylethynyl) pyrene which exhibits PET in monomer state, FRET in aggregated state and white light emission from a simple mixture of monomer and aggregates
Name of Sponsoring Agency : DST – SERB – SRG
Duration of Project : 2020-2022
Fellowship : As per DST norms Rs.20,000/- pm. Otherwise as per the norms of University
Essential Qualification : First Class in M.Sc. Chemistry (Physical chemistry background is preferred)
Project Description : Excited state dynamics of synthesized pyrene derivatives and their application in various photophysical processes.
The candidate is expected to register for Ph.D. duringthis project work.
