About the department
Novo Nordisk is a Denmark based multinational company with leadership in diabetes. Novo Nordisk India affiliate office is located in Bangalore & has more than 1200 people working across the country in various functions. The Regional Training Executive will be responsible to support Sales training initiatives for a specific region and will work closely with the Zonal Training Manager.

The position
As a Regional Training Executive; you will play a proactive role to plan, coordinate and execute the induction training at zonal level to all newly recruited Sales executives. Evaluate the effectiveness of induction training programs imparted and provide relevant reports to measure training effectiveness. Undertake Joint field work with Sales executives and provide coaching support for increased efficiencies. Identify the training requirements and assist in the design and implementation of training interventions. Feedback sharing with all the key stakeholders and maintain Sales Training reports..

Candidate Profile
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
• Training experience would be mandatory
• B.Pharm or a graduation in Life Sciences is mandatory, post-graduation is an added advantage
• Should be open to relocation and travel within the Zone
