Established during the ‘Swadeshi Movement’ of India, Biological E. Limited (BE) started during a time when the nation sought access to critical healthcare products. Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.
Executive
• Department : Production (Injectable)
• Qualification : B. Pharma /M. Pharma
• Experience : 1-5 Years
Candidates should have the followinq skills :
• Sound knowledge in current best practices in parenteral manufactur¬ing.
• Working with e-BMR & SAP will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to resolve machine issues at his level.
Filling (PFS/Vial Line) :
• Hands on experience in Vial Filling, PFS Filling (Steriline Vial Machine, Bosch PFS Machine)
• Responsible for smooth running and troubleshooting Vial / PFS filling, stoppering and sealing machines.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization activities in aseptic area & equipments.
Compounding :
• Should have sound knowledgein cleaning, operation, change overand troubleshooting of Automated Manufacturing & Filtration and SCADA Systems.
QMS :
• Should have sound knowledge in Quality Systems, TrackWise and other Quality Softwares.
Officer/Senior Officer
• Department : Production (Injectable)
• Qualification : ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
• Experience : 1-7 Years
Filling (PFS / Cartridge): Operation of Cartridge, PFS Filling & Sealing, Autoclave, CIP&SIP.
Executive/Senior Executive
• Department : Quality Control
• Qualification : M.Sc (Chemistry / Analytical / M.Pharma/B.Pharma)
• Experience : 1-7 Years
Candidates should have the following skills :
• Sampling and testing of rawmaterials, packaging, materials, inprocess, finished products and stability samples against test proceduresforlnjectableformulations.
• Knowledge and hands on experience on HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, Titration, TOC, AAS, ICPMSand otheranalytical techniques related to QC lab.
• Candidates with LIMS Experience will be preferred.
• Should be willing to work in any shift.
• Only Male Candidates from Injectable / Parental background can attend the Interview.
