Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Third party contract representation, review and management, especially in light of the industry changes regarding narrow networks and performance networks
2. Manage the development and maintenance of the profitability reporting
3. Support service team, sales team, and marketing team
4. PBM relationship development and maintenance
5. Contract Administrative Duties: Preparing contracts for signature, returning signed contracts to the applicable PBM/Plan, tracking contracts on a contract tracking
Technical Experience :
1. Pharmacy operations claims adjudication experience / knowledge
2. Experience with PSAOs Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization
3. Ability to combine broad, big picture business perspective, as well as tactical, in the trenches experience
4. Manage complexity effectively and show an ability to integrate diverse and comprehensive capabilities, build appropriate linkages, and leverage technology, services, and people across boundaries
Candidate Profile
1. In-depth knowledge of managed care pharmacy, from either the retail pharmacy or PBM/Plan perspective
2. Ability to analyze a managed care/third party contract to determine quantitative and intrinsic values
3. Strong ability to develop and maintain lasting,mutually beneficial relationships PBM contat
