Job Description
• Working on complaints in Baxter complaint management systems
• Preparation of APAC monthly metrics ( presentations)
• Working on preparation of Management review data for APAC
• Working with global team and APAC Mfg sites for top complaints reductions
• Working with APAC countries/ mfg sites for NCR/ CAPA management
• Working in Product Hold Management system and knowledge of JDE ( electronic system for inventory management and other transactions)
• Providing trainees to new hire on complaint management systems.
Requisites
• Project management skills
• Hands on experience on MS word( especially excel and power points)
• Knowledge of Quality Systems ( Holds, NCR, CAPA etc…)
• Good communication skills
