Job Description:
• Handling of Change Control – Logging, Review, evaluation, Follow up, Closing, Implementation and Maintaining Documents.
• Handling of Incident & Deviation – Logging, review, Follow up, Closing, Implementation and Maintaining Documents.
• Investigation – Logging and Maintaining Documents.
• To coordinate with other department for closing of QMS related documents.
• Handling of CAPA – Review, Follow up, Closing, Implementation and Maintaining documents.
• Issuance & Control of Documents
• Any job activity assigned by HOD
• Responsible for regulatory audits with exposure equivalent to WHO Geneva PQ/USFDA
