Shree Dhanvantary Pharmaceutical Analysis and Research Centre (SDPARC) is a contract research organization established in 2006 and is managed by RIBOSOME PHARMA PVT. LTD., Surat. SDPARC offers a wide range of analytical & research services for small, medium and large scale pharmaceutical, ayurvedic, bulk drug, chemical, food and cosmetic industries. The centre is approved by the Food and Drug Control Administration (FDCA), Gujarat state as a public testing laboratory and is spread over 8,000 sq. ft. area. The center is equipped with state of the art analytical facilities to cater to the needs of our clients and provides accurate, prompt and cost-effective analytical services in compliance with cGMP, GMP and various pharmacopeia guidelines. Job Description
- Qualification of new equipment's and maintain its documents like DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ protocols.
- To check and confirm periodic re qualification of utilities and its documentation.
- To upkeep the department for QA documentation for audits.
- To Prepare of Standard Operating Procedures.
- To perform Developmental documentation, analytical documentation, method validations documentation, stability documentation, vendor qualification documentation.
- Preparation and review of protocols and reports of Method validation, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Stability, Area Qualification and Equipment Qualification.
- To perform Area qualification activity and maintain its documents.
- Preparation and review of validation/ qualification protocols and reports.
- To check and upgrade technical documents.
- Ensure that current version of documents are in use.
- To ensure that SOPs are followed in all work areas. Preparation and review of new identified SOPs.
Candidate Profile
• Candidates should be M.Pharm. / M.Sc. with 2-4 years of relevant experience in R&D / CRO / QC / Manufacturing
• M. Pharm. (Q.A) candidates and candidates with NABL / GLP / GMP experience are preferable.
